Which roads would 20mph limits be introduced on in Worthing?

The campaign is nominally asking for 20mph speed limits to be introduced on all residential roads which are not arterial routes. Essentially that would mean that the A-roads would remain at 30mph, but B-roads, C-roads and unclassified roads should become 20mph. If you look at the Googlemap showing the whole of Worthing – then it is the grey areas rather than the A roads which are shown in orange and green. So the A24, the A27, the A259, the A2032, and the A2031 would be excluded.

Some or all of the B2223 (Ham Road / Dominion Road) might also be excluded as this is a busier main route, equally some sections of A-road might be reduced to 20mph – e.g. the A259 Goring Road where it passes through shopping areas has a particularly poor safety record.
